My partner and I stayed at Favela Chic in Playa Langosta for a week-long getaway. The charming bungalows and lush surroundings made it feel like a private oasis by the beach. The peaceful and less crowded Playa Langosta was perfect for relaxation and enjoying the epic waves. The owner, Jesse, was incredibly hospitable and helpful. The cleanliness of our unit was exceptional, and the AC and ceiling fans were a nice touch. The strong WiFi allowed me to work seamlessly, and the pool was great for a refreshing dip. The bikes provided were a convenient way to explore the area.

I loved the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of this hotel. Sitting on the patio, I had the pleasure of watching monkeys climbing around in the trees. The hotel's Welcome Book was very helpful, providing rules, recommendations, and a contact directory. I tried out many of the recommended restaurants, and they were all fantastic. The hotel is located just a few minutes away from the lively action in the city center, which made it a perfect, quieter retreat. I can't wait to come back here again.

We had an amazing stay at Favela Chic! From the moment we arrived, we felt like we had entered our own private oasis. The owner and staff did an outstanding job creating a tranquil atmosphere with lush gardens, a beautiful pool, and a cozy porch. The two-bedroom unit was impeccably designed with thoughtfully chosen furniture and a calming ambiance. We even had the wonderful surprise of waking up to a family of monkeys in the tree next to us! Thank you, Jesse, for providing such a delightful experience!

Located just a short walk from the beautiful Langosta beach, this hotel offers a peaceful retreat away from the bustling city center. The spacious rooms provide a comfortable stay, with nice touches such as pleasant scents and modern coffee machines. The presence of air conditioning and ceiling fans ensures a pleasant temperature throughout. the strong wifi connection allows for seamless remote work and video calls. The refreshing pool adds to the overall relaxation experience. The host, Jesse, is not only responsive but also a genuinely nice person.

It's a shame that the kitchen was sparsely equipped, which might pose a problem for guests who want to cook their own meals during their stay.

I recently stayed at Favela Chic in Tamarindo for a week-long vacation. The unit was super clean and smelled amazing upon arrival. The large bedroom was comfortable and I loved the added touch of the coffee machines. The AC and ceiling fans throughout were a lifesaver in the heat. The patio was a great place to relax, and the pool was fantastic. The host, Jesse, was incredibly responsive and friendly. This was my favorite spot in Costa Rica because it had everything I needed.
