The resort offers a great variety of selected beers and good snacks at the bar, making for a delightful evening. the beautiful swimming pool and 3 Jacuzzis provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for guests.

Some guests reported extremely unfriendly staff at the reception desk, leading to an uncomfortable check-in process.

I was pleasantly surprised by the well-equipped gym at Eco Resort Serra Imperial. It had everything I needed for a good workout, making it easy to stay active during my stay. The friendly staff in the restaurant also added to the positive experience, providing excellent service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The beautiful view from the restaurant was an added bonus, making each meal even more enjoyable.

Spent a magical Christmas in a cozy resort surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with modern amenities. the pool and sauna facilities were well-maintained and inviting. the restaurant provided an extensive menu with delicious options, and the staff was attentive and friendly. Our family enjoyed making unforgettable holiday memories in this peaceful and serene location.

The resort is located a bit far from nearby attractions, so planning day trips requires some time and effort. the reception area could benefit from some updates to make it more inviting.
