The hotel's lobby and pop-up stores are impressive and Instagrammable. Great location next to the sea and promenade. Nice room with comfortable bed and spacious terrace. Excellent spa facilities with saunas, pools, and relaxation room. Good breakfast with variety and prosecco. Welcoming and helpful staff.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the main center of town and surrounded by pine trees which often grow right down to the waters edge. We loved being able to easily find a sunbed near the sea and soak up the sun. The room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom and a stunning view from the balcony. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and everything was delicious.

The Wi-Fi connection in the room was quite weak and unreliable.

As youngsters, we loved the amazing pool area and private beach. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. The room was well-furnished and had a balcony. The views of the coast and bay were breathtaking. The hotel staff made our stay extra special, providing helpful information and attentive service.

The value for money at Hotel Ambasador - Liburnia was excellent, and the room was spotless and comfortable. The location was perfect, with a beautiful view of the bay, and the staff treated us with friendliness and professionalism throughout our stay.

The breakfast could have been improved by better table service, as there were often dirty dishes left on tables and a lack of necessary cutlery and glasses.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Opatija with stunning views. The suite we were upgraded to had a huge TV in the bedroom and a separate living room. The balcony wrapped around and offered a beautiful view. The indoor pool was warm and inviting, and there was also a larger pool with seawater. We enjoyed the selection of food and drinks at breakfast, and the location was perfect, close to the city center and the seaside promenade. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The luxurious amenities at this five-star venue were truly exceptional, satisfying all my needs for a relaxing break. the spa and wellness centre with a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi allowed me to unwind and indulge in a body scrub, full body massage and body wrap. the sun terrace and seasonal outdoor pool with sun loungers and garden area provided the perfect escape from the summer heat.

The only minor issue I experienced was the lack of beauty treatment facilities at this hotel. While the on-site spa provided excellent treatments like steam room and waxing, services like manicure, pedicure, facial, treatment room and foot massage were not available.

We loved our romantic escape at this hotel. the view from our balcony was breathtaking. the indoor swimming pool and spa were perfect for relaxing. the breakfast buffet was outstanding with a fantastic variety of fresh food. We were pleasantly surprised when we received complimentary bottled water and dessert. the staff was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the location was excellent, with everything we needed within walking distance, perfect for our romantic getaway.

The bathroom was a bit small, and there was not enough space to keep all of our toiletries. the towels were a bit worn out and not as soft as we would have liked.

The live music in the evening added a special touch to our evenings. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Opatija.
