The location is a true winner—steps from the serene beach and a stroll to local eateries. The free shuttle to the airport was smooth, and the room upgrade was worth it. we reveled in the sea view each morning, totally refreshed after a restful night!

Location is fantastic, just steps from the beach and CAP 3000 mall with plenty of dining options. The staff's assistance was commendable, especially with my two young boys during our stay.

The air conditioning struggled on hotter days, which made our comfort less than ideal. The breakfast options were also limited, not quite matching expectations for variety and quality.

While I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, my stay was marred by several issues. the hours for room service were quite restrictive, leaving us without options for a late-night snack after returning from the beach. Additionally, the gym facilities nearby were a letdown, lacking variety in equipment, which was disappointing during our stay. Lastly, the restaurant on the Esplanade had great food, but the overly bright lighting at night made for an uncomfortable dining experience outdoors.

We truly loved the location! Just steps from the beach with a parade of charming restaurants on the promenade, it made our mealtimes a delightful experience. Being able to choose from five to six nearby dining options after a day of sunbathing was a highlight. The room had a private balcony offering stunning views, enhancing our stay immensely.

The air conditioning left something to be desired, struggling to keep us cool during warm nights.

The hotel is right by the beach with plenty of nearby dining options. Staff are exceptionally helpful. my airport shuttle coordination was seamless. Rooms have private balconies, which are perfect for enjoying the lovely views.

The exterior could use a bit of freshening up, and I noticed kitchen odors in the courtyard area at times. Also, the breakfast spread could benefit from more variety.

The efficient early check-in set a positive tone for the stay, complemented by a fantastic view from the Premium Twin Room with Balcony and Garden View. The spacious layout with a comfortable bed and well-equipped amenities, including a clean kettle and coffee cream, truly stood out. However, the air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, requiring a workaround by leaving the balcony door open. Breakfast offered a good variety, although strict vegetarians might find it lacking in options. Great wifi and proximity to shopping and dining rounded out the experience nicely.

the location couldn't be better with tons of restaurants along the beach to choose from! awesome sea view from the balcony plus the staff is super friendly and even gave us a complimentary drink. loved the convenient airport shuttle!
