Spent my Xmas holiday in a welcoming hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. I was assisted in arranging transportation, given insight on the best places to shop and got all my queries sorted out. the location was convenient with accessible transport and quality meals that had large and satisfying servings. the rooms were well presented, clean and the beds most comfortable. the hotel provided excellent service.

The view of the industrial park from the rooftop pool was not desirable. the hotel's location may be unfitting for those keen on sightseeing, as it requires taxi rides to most places.

This place is in a clean area, out of the downtown area, and in the center of Manaus. It is conveniently situated near a small shopping mall where you can get almost anything you need. The staff here provide helpful hospitality and excellent service. They were prompt at fixing a problem with the room safe and gave me helpful directions to find snacks. The room amenities, such as the air conditioning, mini-bar, and flat-screen TV, provided enhanced comfort. The leisure facilities, including the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, were a great way to relax after a long day.

I recommend this hotel for everyone.
