Excellent service and a pleasant stay. I arrived at Hotel Castelar early in the morning and was pleasantly surprised when they allowed me to check into my room at 6am. The staff were helpful and professional throughout my stay, and there was always someone at the door to ensure security. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and reliable WiFi. Even though the area can be a little rough at night, I had no issues during my stay and felt safe. It was also convenient to have the option to store my bags after checkout. I had a positive experience at Hotel Castelar and would recommend it to others visiting São Paulo.
