The view. Excellent if not a bit remote location, wonderful staff, tasty breakfast, and a remarkable pool area with an infinity pool overlooking the Tuscan hills. Beautiful villages only a few km away with proper Italian flavor, and some really tasty restaurants with excellent prices. This was the best place we stayed during our honeymoon.

My recent stay at Valdonica Winery was absolutely fantastic. The beautiful views of Tuscany were breathtaking, and the simple yet fresh breakfast provided a lovely start to each day. The wines offered were delightful, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The unique atmosphere made me feel like part of a family, and the eco-friendly approach to winemaking was truly captivating. The evening spent with all guests and the owner Martin, with a meal, wine tasting, and a view of the owner's art collection, was truly memorable. The homemade jams during breakfast were amazing, and the use of the kitchen facilities was a great addition. The pool, with its incredible view of the sea and Elba, was a perfect spot to relax. The nearby unspoiled villages with great restaurants added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

The value for our money was excellent, with comfortable rooms equipped with all necessary amenities. The view from the rooms was simply breathtaking, and we enjoyed it throughout the day. The staff treated us with warmth and professionalism, and the owner even personally greeted us and shared his journey.

One thing that could have made the breakfast offerings better was a wider variety of hot dishes.

I had the most wonderful stay at a charming hotel nestled in the Tuscan countryside. The breathtaking views of the vineyards and Tuscan landscape were absolutely incredible. The staff at Valdonica Winery I Residence I Restaurant were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The delicious breakfast with a wide variety of handmade pastries, Italian focaccia, and cold cuts was a highlight of my mornings. I even had the opportunity to participate in a fun-filled end-of-harvest party. To top it off, they even left two complementary bottles of their delightful wines in my room. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning location, great service, and amazing experiences.

While the hotel was split across different locations, I personally felt that the patio and surrounding garden area of my room could have used more upkeep. The cushions on the patio and in shared locations were left out in the rain, which was a bit disappointing.

Rooms equipped with necessary things, súper comfortable. Amazing view, can enjoy all day. Pool is 200 mts away but worth the walk. Owner greeted us and shared his journey. Will return in September.

As young people, we loved the stunning views and relaxing atmosphere of The Residence. The swimming pool surrounded by trees was a highlight, and the clean rooms with comfortable beds were a plus. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed a delicious meal at the restaurant with amazing views. The complimentary bottle of wine in our room was a lovely touch.

We were able to take day trips and discover beautiful villages nearby.

The central location also made it a great jumping off point for day trips in the area and visits to local wineries. The four-course Wine Tasting Dinner with Martin, the proprietor, was a highlight of our stay. The food was delicious and paired perfectly with the wines from Valdonica's vineyard. We also appreciated the complementary bottles of wine left for us in our room.

The breathtaking views of the surrounding valley were absolutely stunning and made our stay truly memorable. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. the location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful surrounding area and visit nearby attractions.

The shower pressure in our room was inconsistent and made it difficult to enjoy a proper shower. the breakfast selection could have been better, as certain items ran out before the end of breakfast and were not replenished in a timely manner.

We had an amazing stay during our New Year's celebration. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially considering our dietary restrictions. They made sure we had plenty of gluten, free options for breakfast and even prepared a special four, course gluten, free dinner for us. the room was beautiful and spacious, with a surprise bonus of a full kitchen which we thoroughly enjoyed using.

There were a few areas that could use improvement. the WiFi in the rooms was a bit inconvenient as it could only be accessed when the TV was turned on.
