I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a truly amazing experience. The location of this place is perfect, just a few steps from the harbor and within walking distance of many fantastic restaurants, shops, and bars. I didn't need a car at all during my stay, as everything I wanted to explore was right here. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service from the moment I checked in. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, and the view of the port from both the balcony and the swimming pool was absolutely beautiful.

The rooms were not soundproof and could hear people and delivery trucks. The hotel charged for ironing clothes and towels for the pool had to be rented.

The view was breathtaking, especially from my private room. The location was convenient, within walking distance from the ferry port. Local restaurants and motorbike rentals were nearby. The receptionist was friendly and organized a golf cart to help me catch my ferry. Absolute lifesaver!

This truly was one of the best experiences we have had, and we only wish we could have stayed longer at Hotel Osam. The overall experience was of 5-star quality.
