During my Easter vacation in this hotel, I was impressed by the cleanliness and the freshness of the accommodations. the staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful at all times. the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options that really impressed me. the location was great, very close to the city center, making it easy to walk and enjoy the beautiful scenery of this charming city. I loved the spacious and comfortable bed, it was perfect for a good night's sleep.

This hotel didn't have a gym, so I wasn't able to keep up with my usual exercise routine. I noticed that some furnishings seemed a little outdated, which detracted from the overall experience.

Clean and nicely scented hotel. Great breakfast variety, including 14 different cakes. Friendly and helpful reception team, especially Luciana. Comfortable bed. Worth the money considering Gramado's high prices.
