We stayed at a hotel that was centrally located and had a great room. The check-in staff was helpful in providing information about nearby attractions. Our room was clean, with a spotless bathroom and a safety box for important documents. The hotel also had a good breakfast included. we had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The value for money was superb, especially considering the prime location. Despite being in a lively area, the hotel managed to create a peaceful atmosphere, with rooms overlooking a serene backyard. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Plus, having a large wardrobe in the room was a nice touch, providing ample storage space for all my belongings.

Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

The location of the hotel is ideal, with easy access to 2 metro stations and close proximity to the Paulista financial district. The room was modern and clean, with a comfortable bed and a spacious walk-in closet. The bathroom had a large shower with good water pressure. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent service, assisting with taxi service and providing recommendations. The breakfast, although simple, was sufficient to start the day.

The area surrounding the hotel at night can be a bit questionable, with beggars and drunks roaming the streets.

One downside during my stay was the noise from the street party on the weekends, but this is common for the city. the breakfast options were limited, but it was of good quality.
