Friendly staff, helpful and responsive. Great pool and spa. Beautiful walks in the wine hills. Recommend having a car or bike. Small but attractive room, quiet despite road view. Excellent car-charging facility. Comfortable space for breakfast. Three restaurants with different menus. Sauna facility in basement. Stylish and well-maintained. Very dog-friendly. Comfy bed and feather pillows. Spotlessly clean. Easy access from motorway. Will return.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to the highway and close to a bustling residential area. The room was comfortable and clean, with a great view of the pool. The bathroom layout was a bit strange, but overall it was fine. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of facilities to enjoy, like the pool area and the on-site restaurants.

The food at the Italian restaurant was not up to par, despite the high prices.

Our Easter stay was fantastic! the hotel's garden was the best feature. It was so relaxing and peaceful. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the variety of options offered. the hotel is located very close to a charming village where we had a lovely walk.

It was virtually non-existent in some areas of the hotel. However, the pool was very clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The staff were exceptional and always made us feel welcome, offering a welcome drink upon arrival. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, and a mini-bar. We also enjoyed the outdoor terrace and garden furniture, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the lovely weather. The spa and wellness center was a highlight of our stay, with a variety of treatments available, including massages and body wraps. The outdoor swimming pool was also a great addition, providing a refreshing dip after a day of exploring. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
