Everything fantastic. Brilliant alpine setting, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Excellent spa facilities. Clever thoughtful design. Very good restaurant, delicious breakfast.

the staff were friendly and the receptionist, Elisa, was extremely helpful. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a big bed and a well-maintained bathroom. the breakfast included in the package was delicious, with a variety of tasty pies and fresh bread. the spa facilities were clean and well-maintained. a 10 out of 10 experience. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at a newly refurbished hotel in the town center. The rooms were comfortable and well-furnished, and we even had access to a small spa in the basement. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the convenient location, which made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The hotel was in a great location, close to some amazing skiing resorts. the food was great, with a variety of options to choose from at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. the staff was friendly and always available to help.

Our room was not very clean and the bathroom had a strange odor. the pillows were too flat and uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

A wildlife park where I can watch animals, meeting rooms for my important business events, horse riding lessons to feel like a real equestrian, delicious bread flavors, and the staff who can organize everything for me - while I enjoy the spa or thermal baths.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the Aosta valley, offering easy access to the surrounding mountains. It is situated close to a stunning old church, adding to the charm of the location. Moreover, being in the city center allows for convenient exploration of the area.

It is worth mentioning that some guests were disappointed by the lack of a Christmas atmosphere during their stay, with minimal decorations and no special breakfast or presents.

Convenient location for dining and sightseeing, excellent and filling breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Spa and wellness facilities available for relaxation after a long day. Good value for the price.

A wildlife park where animals are on display? How original! Plus, a horse riding school and a spa? Who would've thought? So glad the hotel is conveniently located next to a funicular too.

The traditional bread wasn't gluten-free. How dare they!

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, surrounded by Roman ruins and close to shops and restaurants. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, always friendly and willing to help. The hotel had excellent amenities, including a spa and fitness center, where we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and relaxing massages. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a lovely terrace where we could sit and enjoy the beautiful views.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
