The breakfast was delicious and the staff members were very friendly. the pool area was very well maintained and had a great view of the surrounding area.

The rooms were outdated and needed significant maintenance. the shower and bath taps kept dripping all night and the furniture was in poor condition.

The breakfast at Hotel Pousada Shangri-La was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking, showcasing the stunning landscape of the surroundings. The game room provided hours of entertainment and fun. I also loved the intimate dinner settings in the tents, they added a special touch to the dining experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful.

The location of the hotel is stunning, with beautiful green surroundings and a breathtaking landscape. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, with a good surprise of a bathtub with a view of the mountains. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of delicious options. the hotel had a fun game room and the beds were very comfortable.

The hotel lacked distractions for children, especially during wintertime.
