Great staff, Charmaine & Mark were top-notch, sorting out an early check-in and ground floor room! the modern rooms were super comfy, and the hotel's location was spot-on, close to everything you need in town. the communal BBQ area was a nice touch, perfect for chill evenings, but security was a bit overzealous with noise warnings late in the evening. Still, overall, a solid stay 👌.

The hotel's exterior may not impress at first, but inside, the rooms are exceptional and faultless, with luxury bed linen and new fixtures. The communication and contactless check-in process were efficient. Despite some minor drawbacks like reception hours and pillow thickness, the cleanliness, location, and friendly cleaning staff make it a decent choice, especially for a quick stopover on a road trip.

My recent stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise! the room I was upgraded to was absolutely fantastic - modern, clean, and spacious. the bathroom was a highlight, with a huge mirror, great shower pressure, and sleek amenities. the staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing me to check in early and ensuring a comfortable stay throughout. the location, though not walkable to town, was quiet and convenient for exploring Moruya's attractions.

One small downside was the pillow provided, which was a bit too big for my liking. while the outside of the hotel is undergoing some cleaning up, it did not affect the overall pleasant appearance of the place.

The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to the town centre and shopping centre. This made it easy to access everything we needed during our stay. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and had microwaves, allowing us to prepare some of our own meals.

The lack of on-site staff and the need to enter a pin code to access our room was somewhat inconvenient.
