Great value for money at this hotel. I loved the clean and comfortable rooms with great views of the lake or the mountains from my balcony. The location is perfect and walking distance to many restaurants in lakeside. The staff was amazing and provided great service. Breakfast was also delicious.

The hotel is ideally located near the lakeside, just a short distance from Fewa Lake. Guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the Fishtail Mountain right from their windows in the morning. The family rooms are spacious and comfortable, with the added luxury of a jacuzzi bath. The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to assist guests with any requests or suggestions they may have.

There were some issues with the behavior of one staff member who acted inappropriately towards guests, making them feel uncomfortable.

My new year stay was amazing! the hotel provided us with complementary breakfast and WiFi which was extremely helpful. the hotel was situated in a prime location which was close to many shops and activities. We also had a great view from our room which made our stay more delightful.

The keycard was old and needed to be updated. we had to constantly remind the hotel staff to clean our room, which was a bit of an inconvenience.

The location was perfect, just a short distance from the tourist bus station and within easy walking distance to bars, shops, and restaurants near Fewa Lake. The staff were the best part, polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The manager, Mr. Ram, went above and beyond to make my experience smooth and enjoyable. I couldn't be happier with my stay.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel with stunning mountain views. The rooms were clean and the shower was hot. The staff were extremely friendly and made me feel right at home. The hotel is conveniently located near Phewa Lake, allowing for easy exploration of the area. I highly recommend this hotel.
