The rooms were clean, comfortable, and staff amazing. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a variety of food options. Convenient location near shops and restaurants, as well as the national park. Friendly and helpful staff. Great views from balcony rooms. Comfortable bed and silent air-conditioning. Excellent value for the price.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The rooms were clean and very comfortable, providing a high standard of quality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is in the perfect area, with stunning views of the mountains and city. It is also conveniently located near the national park, making it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings.

Comfortable, well-located. Offers tableware for food delivery. Good breakfast. Old mattress with a bump in the middle. Choice of pillows, but not very soft. No fresh water or coffee at check-in.

Enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and views. the breakfast was great with a variety of options. loved the location, close to many attractions and restaurants.

Noise can be unpredictable, and walls between rooms are thin. there were communication issues with some staff members as they appeared aloof and the instructions for use of some amenities were confusing.

We stayed at a lovely hotel in the heart of the town, right on the main square. The location was perfect, as it was not far from the natural park that we wanted to explore. Our room was clean and comfortable with a cozy fireplace, and the staff was friendly and well-trained. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the beautiful view from our room.

We did have some issues with the air conditioning, as it was not working properly.
