We had a great experience staying at an airport hotel near GRU terminal 2. The hourly shuttle service provided by the hotel made it easy for us to travel to and from the airport. We simply walked to the bus stands on the right and found the ibis/mercure shuttle. When our shuttle got stuck in traffic on our way back to the airport, the hotel promptly arranged a paid taxi for us. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the free airport transfer shuttle ran smoothly. The restaurant staff, although not fluent in English, made sure we understood how the buffet worked. it was an affordable and hassle-free stay before catching our next flight.

I recently stayed at Ibis and found it very convenient. The hotel is located near Guarulhos Intl. Airport, making it perfect for transit travelers.
