We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received at Gstaaderhof - Active & Relax. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The restaurant exceeded our expectations with delicious meals and a cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect, with easy access to the ski fields and village promenade. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the main shopping street, allowing us easy access to explore the central area. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We were impressed by the range of amenities offered, such as room service, laundry, and bike hire, which enhanced our comfort and convenience. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with great attention to detail. We particularly enjoyed the in-room sitting area and the terrace, which provided a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the scenic views. The spa and wellness center was also a highlight, with a sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room offering a truly indulgent experience.

We loved staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel in this central area. It was just a short walk from the main shopping street, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We especially enjoyed the big terrace, where we could relax and take in the beautiful mountain views. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious foods, and the restaurant served amazing meals throughout the day.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of town and close to ski rentals and lifts. We loved being able to walk to various restaurants and shops in the area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The only downside was the coffee served at breakfast. It was not up to our taste and we found it to be quite weak.

The breakfast selection was amazing, with a wide variety of fresh options. I really enjoyed starting my day with such a delicious and varied meal. Additionally, the hotel had its own underground parking, which was a convenient feature. The location was also great, with easy access to key attractions and amenities in the area.

The price of the hotel was quite high compared to the quality of the facilities. The beds were too soft and the pillows were practically non-existent.

We loved the central location of the hotel, with easy access to ski slopes and a nearby ski rental. The variety of restaurants in town, especially the Cappuccino restaurant and the burger and hotdog stand, provided a great dining experience. We also enjoyed visiting the Gstaad Mirage. The Saagi Stübli offered a delicious champagne truffle fondue specialty and the traditional raclette, with impeccable and friendly service. The hotel staff was kind and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious. The spa facility was a relaxing treat after a long day, and the shuttle service to the train station was convenient. The breakfast was delicious, with freshly baked croissants and bread. The daily happy hour in front of the fireplace, with orange juice, wine, and tasty snacks, was a nice touch.
