The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was close to various attractions and amenities. The standard room, though below my expectations, had a decent view of the city. The bathroom, although it took a while for the water to warm up, was clean and functional.

The breakfast left much to be desired, lacking variety and quality.

I had a fantastic stay at the Itaimbe Palace! The location was perfect for exploring Santa Maria. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view. The breakfast selection was delicious and varied. The warm water in the bath came on quickly. I enjoyed watching the available channels on the TV. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is situated very well in the city center, making it easy to explore all the attractions. the staff is friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. the room was nicely decorated and comfortable to stay in.

The elevators weren't working during our stay and we had to use the stairs which was a bit of a challenge. the breakfast didn't have many options and the quality wasn't the best.
