Fantastic staff, great location across from the theater, and plenty of nearby eateries. Immaculate property, looks even better in person. The food at dinner was exceptional. Nice rooms with sufficient storage and a stocked mini bar. Lovely breakfast/dining room with a glass dome and lots of light.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, just across from the Opera House. It's also close to the town square and right on the main square. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are well-appointed. The staff is friendly and accommodating, allowing early check-ins and providing excellent service. The breakfast is of great quality and the dining room offers a stunning view of the Opera House. The rooftop pool is refreshing and provides a great view.

The water pressure in the hotel can be a bit irregular at times.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The service was exceptional, with friendly and efficient staff always eager to help. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were our favorite spots to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The spa lounge was also a great place to unwind and indulge in exclusive amenities. In-room breakfast and private facilities added to the exclusivity of the hotel. The location was perfect, with great restaurant options nearby.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the transfer service, which was slightly late. However, we managed to contact the hotel.

Plus, the rooms were immaculate and well-manicured.

The rooftop pool at Juma Opera offers stunning views and was the perfect spot to relax and cool off. The hotel's beautiful interior spaces, blending old and new, create a unique and creative ambiance. The breakfast, although limited in choices, had great quality and the dinner was outstanding, some of the best food I've ever tasted. The location of the hotel, right across from Teatro Amazonas and near the town square, was convenient and there were plenty of good restaurants nearby. The staff was professional and provided exceptional service throughout my stay.
