We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the apartment at Ks Residence. The kitchen was well-equipped and we enjoyed the good selection of breakfast supplies. The location was excellent, with the metro station and beach nearby, as well as supermarkets and restaurants. It felt like a safe area and the 24/7 reception and efficient air conditioning added to our comfort. we would recommend this hotel for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

Our stay during Christmas was delightful! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, being only a short walk from both the beach and the metro station. We also appreciated the clean and spacious room, as well as the well-equipped kitchenette which allowed us to cook our own meals.

We did experience a few issues during our stay. the balcony was lacking furniture, making it a less enjoyable space to relax in.

We stayed at a really clean and spacious apartment with a good kitchen. The location was excellent, close to the beach, metro station, supermarkets, and restaurants. The staff was helpful and there was 24/7 reception. The apartment had good air conditioning and there was a generous assortment of food for breakfast.

The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were too rough.

This hotel offers great value for money. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The attention to detail in the modern and nicely designed apartment was impressive. The breakfast selection was generous and varied, with plenty of options to choose from.
