Stayed here for Easter weekend and it was a pretty good experience. The staff was really nice and always ready to help with our doubts and needs. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from. Plus, the location was perfect, really close to the shopping mall and main avenues. The hotel also provided free wifi and parking for guests.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovations, but they were still clean and comfortable. The air conditioner was a bit noisy at times, but it wasn't a big deal.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the centre, close to everything in centro, including the area with tourist restaurants. The room was fairly clean and the bathroom was a decent size. The front desk and porter service provided great assistance. The hotel offered one of the nicest breakfasts available, with a variety of options including hot menu items like scrambled eggs and bacon.

The hotel had some rooms that were too small for all three beds to fit.
