Friendly, helpful staff. Superior room modern and comfortable with high view. Comfortable bed, nice desk area. Workout room with 3 treadmills, nice view of pool. Room service from La Fourchette very nice.

We had a great stay at a hotel in Itaim Bibi business district. The location was very convenient for our business meetings. The rooms were straightforward but comfortable, with a good bed and enough light for work. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus. The breakfast was delicious, offering Brazilian specialties every day. The atmosphere was friendly and the staff made us feel like valued guests. The gym and pool were nice, and there was even a salon/mani-pedi place open on Sundays. we had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located in a very busy neighborhood in SP, close to Faria Lima avenue and Congonhas airport. Unfortunately, this means there is a lot of air traffic and noise. However, the hotel offers a 25-meter pool and a passable gym for guests to enjoy. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and secure, making for a pleasant stay. The hotel also has a great view of the city from higher floors, adding to the overall experience.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to Faria Lima avenue and just a short distance from Congonhas airport. Even though it was in a busy neighborhood, the rooms were soundproofed, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff provided excellent service, from the moment we checked in at the reception desk to the prompt room service. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including an electric kettle, TV with flat-screen, and a cozy sitting area. We also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and sauna, perfect for relaxation after a long day.

This hotel is highly recommended for families due to its excellent facilities and convenient location.

Breakfast was decent and the bed was comfortable. the hotel is located in a good place, close to restaurants and shops. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was not clean, the sheets were not changed and there were stains on the curtains. the shower did not work properly and the water was either too hot or too cold.
