Love the spacious one-bedroom suite!

The one-bedroom suite was spacious and well-equipped, with a handy dishwasher and washer/dryer combo. The staff was friendly, and the location was just a pleasant stroll from the Riverwalk.

However, the constant push for timeshare presentations was overwhelming, and the check-in process could be more streamlined. Plus, I faced unexpected pressure regarding deals I already booked elsewhere.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like wi-fi, outdoor pool, fitness center, and laundry. The staff once helped me find delicious takeout. If you get a chance, try the shuttle service for easy access around town! I’m coming back for a city break.

Chur, the staff were heaps friendly, but the dining chairs squeaked like crazy on the tile! Great views from our room tho. Sweet as location near everything!

The two-bedroom suite was spacious with excellent air conditioning and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The rooftop pool was quiet and relaxing. I enjoyed being just off the Riverwalk, making for an easy walk to nearby attractions.

The ambiance could improve—our balcony faced an abandoned office building, and it would have been great to receive a detailed map at check-in instead of during our second day!!! Plus, more information about timeshare aspects would have been helpful!!!

We had a fantastic time in the spacious two-bedroom suite with great air conditioning. The pool was super relaxing and hardly crowded, and we also loved hanging out in the lounge area with complimentary snacks. The only downside was that our balcony faced some office windows, but it didn't really take away from our fun! 😊

Oh, and the check-in could've been a comedy sketch—no one told us about the cool spots nearby until we were practically packing to leave! Also, a heated pool might've helped my poor chilly self!

The lobby has complimentary beverages and snacks for guests returning from walks. The pool area could use more shade options.

The staff were super friendly, creating a warm vibe, and the pool was chill. Being so close to the River Walk and grocery stores made everything easy and fun!

The four-bedroom presidential unit offered incredible luxury and breathtaking views from the 10th floor. Each bedroom featured its own bathroom, enhancing the suite's spaciousness. However, the noise from dining chairs on the tile floor was bothersome. The friendly staff excelled in service, particularly the shuttle drivers who provided invaluable tips for exploring local attractions. Although the shuttle service was efficient, clearer information at check-in would have enhanced the experience.
