The location and view were stunning, the staff was wonderful, the atmosphere was relaxing, the service was exceptional, the rooms were beautifully designed and appointed with luxury amenities.

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Otherworldly location, new and clean. Nice restaurants/bars, separated pools for adults and kids, sunset views. Spacious rooms with calming design. Sustainable concept, no plastic. Many activities and close to nature. Nearby shopping opportunities.

I had the most incredible view from my suite at 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay, overlooking the lush greenery and stunning ocean. The room itself was comfortable, and even though it had a dated look, it didn't take away from the overall experience. The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff. From the valets to the restaurant servers, every single person was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The level of service was truly exceptional! I'm already planning my return trip, hoping that the future plans for the property under new ownership will only bring improvements to the infrastructure.

We had a fantastic stay at a resort in Kauai, located on the far northern end of the island. The location was absolutely stunning, with views directly in front of the mountains where the sun was setting. The resort had outstanding grounds with a pool and a great beach for snorkeling and kayaking. The room we stayed in had a beautiful view overlooking Hanalei Bay, and the service provided by the staff was exceptional.

The room we were initially given was not what we had reserved, which was a bit disappointing.

The views from our room were absolutely breathtaking, with stunning cliffs and the bay in sight every morning. the warm and attentive service provided by the staff really made us feel valued and taken care of throughout our stay. Additionally, the spacious and comfortable rooms were a definite highlight, allowing us to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring the beautiful surroundings.
