Our stay at Pousada Gente Bonita Centro was made memorable by the friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant experience. The location was great, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful surrounding area. Despite some minor inconveniences, like a hard mattress and average towels, we still enjoyed our stay. The breakfast, while limited in seating and timing, had decent options. The parking situation was a bit challenging, with no guaranteed spaces. However, the overall simplicity and basicness of the rooms did not hinder our enjoyment. we would recommend Pousada Gente Bonita Centro for its fantastic location and accommodating staff.

The hotel was situated in a prime area, with easy access to public transportation and local attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful during our visit, always willing to assist with any concerns.

The first problem was the uncomfortable bed with no hand towels, and the quality of the regular towels was less than desirable. the breakfast was subpar, with a limited selection and a short serving period that sometimes resulted in food being unavailable.

We were disappointed to find that the mattresses were quite hard, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
