We had a magical stay at a beautiful colonial building in Pelourinho. Our room had high ceilings and a charming balcony where we could watch the olodum drummers. Eduardo, the owner, was friendly and offered us cold water upon arrival. The breakfast was big and the staff were smiley and friendly.

Great location in the heart of the city. Close to all the main attractions and easy to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing useful information about the area. The breakfast included a variety of options, with fresh fruit, bread, and coffee available.

The rooms were not up to par. They were in need of repair and could have been cleaner.

I had a fantastic stay at a lovely hostel in Pelourinho. The location was ideal, right between Pelourinho Square and Terreiro de Jesus Square, making it perfect for music tourism. The room I stayed in had a beautiful view and the staff were very pleasant. The family-run business gave it a charming atmosphere. The value for money was excellent and I would definitely recommend this hostel.

I recently stayed at Pousada Solar, the best located hotel in Salvador, right in the heart of Pelourinho. The room had a stunning sea view and the staff were friendly and helpful, even speaking Italian. The airport transportation they provided was cheaper than a taxi, making it convenient and cost-effective. The breakfast was typical Brazilian, but adequate, with a friendly old man serving. The top floor room had steep stairs but offered amazing views and a brilliant balcony for relaxing and enjoying the scenery.

Totally recommend this hotel.

I stayed at a hostel in the heart of town, right across from an lively square, and close to many tourist sites. The room was fairly large, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They fixed the air conditioning straight away and arranged cheap transport to the airport. The breakfast was generous and there was a beautiful view of the sea from my room. The hostel had helpful facilities like carrying bags to the third floor and allowing early check-in.

The internet signal was weak, but that was clearly mentioned in the hotel's description.

Incredible location near the Terreiro de Jesus square and the historic area. Easy access to transportation options, including a nearby bus station and port. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, with excellent English skills. Delicious and satisfying breakfast, offering a variety of fresh fruits, bread, eggs, and cake. Cleanliness of the hotel and room was maintained daily.
