The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The location was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet and delightful. I also appreciated the taxi service right in front of the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this venue. The location here is perfect, being near the metro train and expressway. Also, we were close to the main attractions of the city. The staff with the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. We loved the indoor swimming pool and spa & wellness centre. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and the breakfast area was amazing with plenty of options to choose from.

The hotel also had a heated pool, although unfortunately it was not working during our stay. Breakfast was average, with powdered eggs and limited pastry options. The coffee was often out, but that wasn't a major issue.

The location of the hotel is perfect, situated in a beautiful area. The elevators were plentiful and fast, which made getting around the hotel hassle-free. The staff was also nice and pleasant to deal with, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The location of the hotel was great, making it easy to explore the city and reach various destinations. the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and they were able to provide information in English, which was a plus for me. Another advantage was the presence of nearby restaurants, making it convenient to find a place to eat without having to travel too far.

One drawback was the condition of the rooms. the carpets were badly stained and in need of replacement, and some of the furniture had coffee mug stains and was broken.
