The customer service at Racv Torquay Resort was exceptional. From the moment we checked in, we felt warmly welcomed and valued. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, and even upgraded us to a premium oceanview room for our special occasion. The breathtaking views of the golf course, sand dunes, and ocean were truly spectacular. The resort offered a wide range of facilities, including tennis and basketball courts, a golf course, swimming pool, spa, sauna. The morning buffet breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of high-quality food. The resort also had a dedicated spa center for massages and other treatments. The location was excellent, at the start of the Great Ocean Road, making it convenient for exploring the beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend Racv Torquay Resort for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

This resort is perfectly located for nature lovers and beachgoers. Bells Beach and Jan Juc Beach are just a short distance away, allowing easy access to stunning coastal views and plenty of water activities. Additionally, it is conveniently close to the town center, where you can find a variety of restaurants to satisfy your appetite. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with well-appointed bathrooms. The staff provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can enjoy a delicious buffet-style breakfast with a wide range of options.

The indoor pool could benefit from some improvements to enhance the overall experience.

We had a fantastic Easter break at a luxurious resort located near the ocean. the stunning view from our room was breathtaking, and we enjoyed the comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. the hotel had an impressive fitness center and swimming pool, and the delicious breakfast was a treat that we loved.

The only downside was the crowded restaurants that made getting a table a bit of a struggle. the noise level from the nearby road could be heard from our room, but it didn't affect our stay too much since there was so much else to enjoy.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities like an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa centre. the staff was helpful and courteous, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a greater variety of foods and drinks. the location was also advantageous as it was located at the start of the Great Ocean Road.

Although the stay was luxurious, one minor issue was that the bed was only roughly made up the second morning and could have been tidier. Staying and dining at the hotel was heading towards the expensive side of things.
