During our stay at Quality Suites Vila Velha, we were pleasantly surprised by the attentive service we received. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and accommodated our needs. We especially appreciated their efforts to communicate in English, which made our stay much more convenient as our Portuguese is limited. The location of the hotel, right on the beachfront, was a major highlight for us. The beach was quiet and peaceful, unlike the more crowded cities in Brazil. We enjoyed the serene atmosphere and beautiful views. Additionally, we found the room to be spacious, clean, and comfortable. The overall value for the price we paid was excellent. Based on our experience, we would definitely consider returning to this hotel and highly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a great location and a relaxing getaway.

Spent Christmas here, and the location was perfect! Right in front of the beach and close to everything we needed. The breakfast was ok, but there was always something for us to start our day. We also enjoyed the chairs and parasol offered to take to the beach.

The room was quite basic and didn't offer much in the way of amenities. The size of the bathroom was a disappointment, and the elevator situation was annoying.
