Great Location and Nearby Amenities: The hotel is perfectly situated near malls and supermarkets, making it convenient for quick visits during the week. This location fact was definitely a plus for me during my stay.

Lack of Prompt Service: Unfortunately, I experienced some delays when requesting services over the phone. It would have been better if the hotel staff responded promptly and provided a VIP treatment.

As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe and secure at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Antony who went above and beyond to assist us. The fact that he spoke excellent English was a great advantage for us, eliminating the need for constant translation. I did have a negative experience with the room service. It took them 90 minutes to deliver a simple soup, even though I had an important meeting coming up.
