Great Location and Nearby Amenities: the hotel is perfectly situated near malls and supermarkets, making it convenient for quick visits during the week. This location fact was definitely a plus for me during my stay.

As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe and secure at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Antony who went above and beyond to assist us. The fact that he spoke excellent English was a great advantage for us, eliminating the need for constant translation. I had a great city trip experience at this hotel. the location was very convenient, close to office buildings and with plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby. the staff was polite, helpful, and fluent in English. I also enjoyed the comfortable bed and the fact that the breakfast had plenty of options to choose from.

I did have a negative experience with the room service. It took them 90 minutes to deliver a simple soup, even though I had an important meeting coming up.
