Everything was fantastic.

Great Location and Nearby Amenities: the hotel is perfectly situated near malls and supermarkets, making it convenient for quick visits during the week. This location fact was definitely a plus for me during my stay.

Lack of Prompt Service: Unfortunately, I experienced some delays when requesting services over the phone. It would have been better if the hotel staff responded promptly and provided a VIP treatment.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip that lasted a week. The staff at this Radisson hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Antony. He went out of his way to assist us with anything we needed, and his fluent English made communication easy. The location of the hotel in Alphaville was also convenient, and the breakfast provided was really good.

The Wi-Fi was not reliable throughout the hotel, which was frustrating. the corridors and elevator were outdated and in need of a redesign, lacking the modern feel of other hotels.
