As a solo traveler, I loved the spacious and clean rooms with amazingly comfortable beds. The shower was fantastic, and the immediate warm water made for a relaxing experience. The hotel's location was excellent, with a mall just across the street and several restaurants nearby. The staff provided excellent service, especially Murilio, who was very helpful.

The location was absolutely perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast and lunch buffets were incredibly delicious and had a great variety of options. The pool area was a wonderful spot to relax and unwind. The staff at the front desk were friendly and always willing to help with any questions or concerns.

The hotel's location in the business area was perfect for my solo trip, as it was just across the street from a great shopping mall. The proximity to the shopping mall made it easy for me to find everything I needed, from dining options to last-minute purchases. Additionally, being in the center of São Paulo allowed for easy access to my business meetings and networking events.

The gym area was rather small and not as functional as I had hoped. Despite this, it did not hinder my overall experience at the hotel.

The breakfast was good, with nice coffee and fresh pastries. We got some complimentary chocolates in the room which was a nice touch. the location was perfect for shopping and dining, it was in an area bustling with activity.

The room's air conditioning system was not working properly and we had to wait for maintenance to fix it. We also had issues with the blinds and the bright sunlight which made it hard to sleep.

The breakfast, room, and cleaning were excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location with nearby shopping and restaurants. Great gym facilities and a big breakfast buffet.

Large rooms with separate desk and nice layout. Good breakfast, small indoor/outdoor pool, small gym, and sauna. Close to Vila Olimpia shopping mall and live music bars. Quick service when needed. Noise issue resolved promptly.

Here, luxury meets comfort with their exclusive amenities. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room are just a few examples. the rooms are spacious and elegantly designed. the restaurant offers mouth-watering cuisines while the bar/lounge area is perfect for a quick drink. Breakfast is endless with a variety of options.

There was a minor issue with the refrigerator, but it was promptly fixed. Otherwise, the 5-star rating seems justified for this hotel as the service is exceptional, with attentive and helpful staff.

The hotel is located in a safe area, with two nearby malls and plenty of restaurant choices. The room is lovely and clean, with tea and coffee making facilities, a mini-bar, and good shower. The breakfast buffet is great, with lots of choices. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing umbrellas and tips on where to go. The gym area has good equipment.

The valet parking service is unreliable, with long wait times for the car.
