The location of the hotel in the Santa Teresa district offers stunning views of the city and is conveniently located near the metro station and various restaurants and services. The rooms are spacious with beautiful balconies, providing a perfect spot to enjoy the breathtaking scenery. The breakfasts are excellent and the service is overall very good.

The staff's limited English language skills can make communication challenging at times.

We had an incredible experience staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location, way up in the hills of the charming neighborhood of Santa Teresa, offered breathtaking views of the city. The hotel was nestled in steep mountains, which made walking around challenging but added to the uniqueness and charm of the area. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from room service to housekeeping. They even welcomed us with a refreshing drink upon arrival. The room itself was equipped with all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, a terrace with dining table, and comfortable patio furniture. The hotel also had a lovely garden area where we could relax and unwind.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel in Santa Teresa. The location in the hills provided us with a breathtaking view of the city, including the iconic Christo and Sugar Loaf. The staff here were incredibly friendly and provided us with the best service possible. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which included special fruits of Rio. The room amenities, such as the air conditioning and mini-bar, added to our comfort. We also loved relaxing on the terrace, complete with dining table and patio furniture.

We highly recommend this hotel to others.

Beautiful property with stunning views of Rio's famous attractions. Spacious rooms with luxurious jacuzzis. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Fran and Daisy. Delicious and filling Brazilian breakfast. Remote location, but cheap Uber rides available.

The breakfast was decent and the pool area was relaxing. the location was remote, but that made it quiet and peaceful. the wifi connection was strong and reliable.

The room was dirty all the time and not properly cleaned. the staff was not friendly or helpful, they seemed uninterested in having us there.
