Had a great New Year stay! the room was warm, clean, and inviting with tea and coffee facilities and chocolate biscuits. the bathroom supplies were a nice touch. the staff was friendly and helpful, and they even booked my meal times. the full Scottish breakfast before checkout was a relaxed start to the day.

Some noise from passing traffic in street-facing rooms, but earplugs helped. plastic cups in the room instead of real glasses.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of a lovely park, perfect for a quick walk around. It is also situated in the centre of a conservation village, providing guests with immaculate surroundings and beautiful local walks. The hotel offers a lower tabled area for breakfast, providing a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with excellent showers and very comfortable beds. The staff at the hotel are friendly and welcoming, providing great service throughout the stay.

The hotel can be noisy on Saturday nights when there are events or weddings, which may disturb guests looking for a quiet stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel's location was perfect for me, as it allowed me to easily explore the wider Glasgow area during my business events. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable.

The staff were extremely friendly and provided top-notch service, making us feel at home throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the included breakfast, especially the fresh fruit. The value for money was exceptional, particularly considering the convenient location close to the airport. We can't wait to return with our three small children and experience the dog-friendly atmosphere once again.

had a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel in Eaglesham this summer. The staff were superb, creating a great atmosphere. They even accommodated our dog! The location was perfect, with easy access to Glasgow via motorways. Would definitely come back.

noise issue in the morning

The rooms were spacious and the beds were luxurious, providing a comfortable night's sleep. the location was also convenient, with key amenities and attractions within close proximity. the hotel offered free parking, which was a great advantage for guests with vehicles.

There were a couple of negative aspects that impacted my experience. the shower control was difficult to use, as it was a round circle without a handle.

Great dinner and a festive breakfast was served during my Thanksgiving stay in this lovely village. the room was really spacious and decorated beautifully with all the amenities that one would expect from a hotel. the exceptional service made me feel very welcomed.

the plumbing in the bathroom was not up to par, with the toilet emitting an unpleasant odour, and taking a shower was a Herculean task. the lack of proper ventilation and the noise from some machinery in the background did not help me have a peaceful night's sleep.
