Honestly, for a hotel with such a reputation, it lacks in elevating their guest experience!!! The gym needs better equipment, the noise levels disturb the tranquil vibe one expects, and the no-window rooms are just unappealing!!!

So, it's basically a short walk to the beach and all the vibey restaurants. The staff were super friendly, especially this chommie at brekkie who made me the best egg whites every morning! Plus, you can get a nice room with a view if you ask nicely.

Only downside was my bathroom was a bit on the small side and sometimes the shower was just lukewarm. Eina!

Aye, the vibe was real nice here. Love the chill staff, especially that dude at breakfast whippin' up them egg whites right. The room with the balcony was cool, just gotta get high floors for that view, ya feel me? Breakfast had a lotta choices but coulda been better. The beach was two blocks, mad convenient.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just two blocks from the beach, with plenty of great restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Housekeeping was inconsistent. we found the bidet in our bathroom was not properly cleaned upon arrival.

This place suits me perfectly! The friendly staff helped me print some documents on my first stay. Amenities like the rooftop pool, spa & wellness centre, and 24-hour reception provide everything I need. I highly recommend it for a great experience!

I had an awesome four-night stay where I made the most of the lovely breakfast options and enjoyed lounging by the rooftop pool on sunny days. The spa treatments, especially the foot massage, were a perfect way to unwind each evening. The only hiccup was that the bathroom could've used a bit more space, but it didn't take away from the overall vibe! 😊

The hotel boasts an excellent location in vibrant Leblon, making it easy to access the beach and nearby restaurants. Housekeeping was attentive, keeping the room fresh during my stay, and the breakfast spread was enjoyable, featuring delightful items like baked apples. However, the walls between rooms were thin, leading to noise disturbances that disrupted sleep multiple times, and the air conditioning units were quite loud, adding to the discomfort. Despite the potential for a great stay, the lack of cleanliness upon check-in was disappointing.

the staff at ritz leblon are genuinely friendly and attentive (huge shoutout to melissa). breakfast was diverse with lots of fresh fruit which is a plus. superb views from higher floors make it even better.

wifi could be improved (sometimes it was slow).

Great beach access but Wi-Fi was poor in my room. Super noisy at night.

During our stay, we enjoyed some amazing local cuisine just a stroll away from the hotel. The beachfront access was perfect for my kids to play while my elderly parents relaxed on the sand, soaking up the sun.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available.
