I had a truly wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn in Johannesburg. During my stay, I was incredibly touched by the attention and kindness of the staff. One particular staff member, who was petite and about 5 ft 5 inches tall, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She welcomed me with open arms, offering me tissues and a comforting cup of tea, completely free of charge. Additionally, when I explained that I needed extra time in my room to get ready for my return flight after attending a funeral, she graciously allowed me to extend my stay. Her caring nature made a difficult time a little easier, and I am so grateful. This kind of exceptional service deserves recognition, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Johannesburg. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel location was very convenient with easy access to public transportation and shopping area. the rooms were comfortable, and the amenities offered were excellent. However, due to the noise disturbance, it was challenging to enjoy the experience fully.

The party in the nearby area was insane! Loud music, people shouting and firecrackers going off all night, making it impossible to sleep.
