Spent Thanksgiving at a hotel and had a great experience! the hotel was conveniently located near shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and comfortable. the room was spacious with a cozy balcony to relax and enjoy the beautiful city view. the highlight of our stay was the delicious breakfast buffet with a great variety of options that satisfied all of our dietary restrictions.

That the walls were quite thin and we could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway. the bathtub was a bit high, making it a bit difficult to access for some guests.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Cambuí neighborhood, within walking distance to the restaurant Omatuto and some parks. The rooms are clean and well-decorated, with luxury bath products provided. The staff is courteous and friendly, providing efficient service. The continental breakfast offers a variety of options, including Brazilian fruits and cakes. The hotel also offers amenities like air conditioning, a refrigerator stocked with soft drinks, and a pleasant patio area.

The AC in some rooms can be loud and disruptive, causing disturbances during sleep.
