I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. the location was excellent, tucked away from crowds but in my favourite part of the city. the hotel's courtyard and rooftop terrace were stunning, and although the pool was small, it offered a magnificent view of the rooftops. the rooms were spacious and luxurious, with great quality amenities in the bathrooms. it was a fantastic find and I highly recommend it.

We had a great stay at a lovely hotel located in the heart of the city's old town. The location was perfect, surrounded by excellent restaurants and close to all major attractions. The room was clean and comfy, with a beautiful wooden ceiling and views of the garden. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay.

The bathroom in our room was on the smaller side and lacked proper ventilation, causing it to stay wet for longer after showering.

I recently stayed in this place and loved it! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the busy city center but tucked away in an alley so it's peaceful. The staff here are amazing, always going above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. They even helped me arrange tours and tickets for local attractions. We had an amazing stay at this boutique hotel in the heart of the old town. The location was perfect, as it allowed us to easily explore all the major sights right in the city centre. The views from the rooftop area were fabulous, giving us a great orientation of this beautiful city. The rooms were stylish and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and always went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

My recent stay at Icon was simply amazing. From the moment I arrived, the warm and efficient staff went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. They provided excellent restaurant recommendations and made the bookings for me. the breakfast was a truly interesting experience, with a wide variety of delicious options beautifully presented. the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of the city, within walking distance to all major attractions. I also loved the sustainable touch of providing free filtered water in glass bottles from a local source. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations and I can't recommend it enough.

Celebrated New Year in the heart of the city with two free glasses of bubbly. Perfect location with easy access to shops and restaurants. Room had a balcony with great views of the surrounding area. Best aspects were the friendly staff and the delicious breakfast buffet.

The room was a bit small for us, but still cozy. the rooftop pool was tiny and not suitable for swimming, but the city views were stunning.

There was nothing I didn't like.

the location couldn't have been better - right in the middle of all the action and only a short walk to the city center for shopping. We enjoyed exploring different restaurants and bars recommended on Trip Advisor, and it was easy to find them using our phone. the staff were amazing, especially the lovely ladies at the reception. They were so helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. We were thrilled with the late checkout and the complimentary bottle of wine in our room. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
