The hotel is located in a commercial area, which is far from downtown, limiting access to shopping and restaurants. The only nearby options are a McDonald's and some auto showrooms and gas stations. The reception manager speaks English and was helpful in providing a room with a good view. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is outstanding, considered the best hotel breakfast the reviewer has ever had.

The staff does not speak English well and can be lazy. The hotel lacks tourist information and maps, and the location is not easily found on city maps.
