This hotel was a great find! The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices for a really comfortable stay. The rooms were nicely decorated and had all the basic amenities we needed, including a fridge and a kettle for hot beverages. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us with arranging a trip to the nearby attractions. The location was very convenient as it was close to the bus station, making it easy for us to explore the area and visit the famous waterfalls. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of hot and cold options to suit all tastes. We particularly enjoyed the nice views from the breakfast area on the 7th floor.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the bus terminal where you can catch buses to the breathtaking waterfalls. It is also near the main bus terminal, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, there is a grocery store within walking distance, perfect for any last-minute items you may need. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast is delicious, starting early in the morning to accommodate all guests.

It would have been helpful if the hotel had informed guests about the water shut-off due to remodeling in advance, especially for those who do not speak Portuguese.

The hotel had great staff who spoke our language and helped us with planning our day trips to the famous waterfalls. The breakfast offered a good variety of hot and cold food options that satisfied our hunger before exploring the city. The hotel location was key for us, being only a few minutes' walk to the bus station and plenty of restaurants and shops. we enjoyed the convenient and reliable Wi-Fi service throughout the hotel.

The room felt small and cramped, with limited space for our belongings. Unfortunately, we experienced some noise issues during our stay, and the plumbing wasn't the best.
