I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the city, as I could easily walk to the monuments, museums, and multiple Metro lines. The convenience to the business district and nearby attractions was super convenient. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, with cozy beds, plush pillows, and high-quality linens. The hotel staff provided top-notch service, from the helpful concierge who directed me to great restaurants and open museums, to the professional and attentive check-in and check-out staff. The amenities were also top-notch, from the on-site restaurant and bar/lounge area, to the convenient room amenities like ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Although the staff at the front desk was helpful and professional, I found one of the check-in clerks to be a bit lacking in friendliness. Additionally, there were a few instances where the service staff seemed clueless or took longer than expected to locate toiletries.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. This place is located in a quieter area but still close to the center of town and next to some great attractions. The staff made me feel like a member of their very own Royal Family, with their excellent service and attention to detail. I also loved the room amenities, including the ironing facilities and mini-bar. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were great for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The on-site fitness centre was also a nice perk.

I would definitely recommend this venue to families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The value for money was great and the room was comfortable with interesting decor. The location was wonderful, close to the White House and within walking distance to the National Mall. The staff at The Westin were absolutely incredible, so kind and lovely.

From the valet attendants to the housekeepers, everyone was friendly, attentive, and truly cared about my reservation.

The location was great, within walking distance to most attractions. the hotel was kind enough to lend us an umbrella on a rainy day, which was very helpful.

The check-in process was disappointing, as the receptionist was quite rude. the room we were given overlooked the atrium, resulting in a lot of noise and difficulty sleeping.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was within walking distance from the McPherson Sq Metro Station, making it easy for us to explore the key DC monuments. The hotel was also near the center of the city, with Thomas Circle and the convention center just a short walk away. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel provided easy access to the bus line, which made getting around this city a breeze.
