I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, being close to restaurants and in the nice neighborhood of Jardins. It was also conveniently located near the Art Museum of this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience.

As longer-term business travelers, we loved the superb location within walking distance of Paulista Avenue. The hotel staff went above and beyond, offering an upgrade at check-in without any additional charge. They even accommodated our request to be moved away from the elevators and provided another upgrade with a butler to move our belongings. The concierge and front staff were exceptional, remembering our names and always being warm, friendly, and helpful. Our room was very comfortable, with a superb bed and shower. The housekeeping service was excellent, ensuring a very clean facility. We also enjoyed the nice pool deck area with great chill music. The Sunday breakfast at the Bistro was delicious and highly recommended. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this facility.

As a bigger group of friends, we loved the great location for exploring Sao Paulo's nightlife and the fun street where the hotel is located. The customer service was attentive, contacting us before our arrival to ask about any special requests. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. The staff was fantastic and super helpful. The breakfast was amazing and the bar and pool areas were great.

The view from the top floor restaurant was stunning, offering a fantastic panorama of the city. the staff was dedicated and friendly, making the stay enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's central location was convenient for my business trip.

There were some negatives during the stay. the room I was assigned had inadequate soundproofing, leading to disturbances from noisy neighbors and traffic noise.

The service at Tivoli was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. They were attentive, responsive, and always had a smile on their face. We felt truly valued as guests.

The hotel had excellent room facilities, including a great desk for laptops, comfortable beds, and a fabulous bathroom. the cleanliness standards were very high throughout my stay. the staff at the front desk, door service, and concierge were all welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. One of the highlights was the breakfast on the 23rd floor, which offered great quality and lots of choices.

The Wi-fi was very patchy and unreliable, constantly dropping in and out of signal. Additionally, I was disappointed that the hotel charged for coffee facilities in the room.

Great location, lots of nearby bars and restaurants. Awesome spa treatment, on par with Bali and Thailand. Tasty breakfast fruits. Beautiful hotel with a green pool in the city. Helpful and friendly staff.

We were pleasantly surprised by the plushness of Tivoli hotel. the staff spoke excellent English and provided a thorough explanation of all the facilities and services. the room was spacious with a great city view. the hotel's location near Paulista Avenue was perfect, allowing easy access to all the important landmarks in the city. the staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. the breakfast at the top floor was exceptional, offering stunning views of the city. the gym was well-equipped and the bar and pool areas were lovely. We will definitely be returning soon!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even arranging an early check-in for me. The room I stayed in was spacious and had beautiful floor to ceiling windows with stunning views. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely, with an amazing shower. The hotel's location was perfect, close to Avenue Paulista and the Jardins area. I also enjoyed the hotel's spa and the SEEN bar at the top of the hotel had a really cool vibe. a fantastic stay.

The gym was decently equipped, and the rooms were spacious enough to accommodate the entire family for our Xmas dinner. the pool area was an excellent setting for our outdoor lunch, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The food was not up to par with the standard we would expect from a 5-star hotel. the variety of breakfast options was inconsistent, and the availability of simple items, like toast or fried eggs, took longer than expected.

The value for money at Tivoli was fantastic, with a plush and spacious room that had a great view of the city. The hotel's location near Paulista avenue was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff treated us with exceptional friendliness and politeness.

Breakfast items could be more varied to offer a wider selection.
