Our stay at Hotel Bigallo was absolutely fantastic! We were in Florence for a week, exploring all the main attractions, and the hotel's location couldn't have been better. Just a few steps away from the Duomo, we had an incredible view of it from our spacious room on the third floor. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the memory foam mattresses made for a very comfortable stay. The room was cozy yet up to date, and the big bathroom had great water pressure. And let's not forget the perfect air conditioning and the free in-room safe. we had a wonderful experience!

Nothing, everything was great!

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for exploring the city. Just a few steps away from the Piazza del Duomo, I had easy access to all the major attractions in central Florence. The view of the Cathedral from my room was breathtaking. The staff at the hotel were also very helpful and spoke English fluently, making my stay even more enjoyable. Despite the limited access via the ancient lift, the air conditioning in my room was excellent, which was a blessing in the hot weather.

We appreciated the complementary coffee and cookies in the lobby, and the Easter chocolate eggs left on our pillows. The location was prime, right in the middle of all the action with easy access to major sites. The view from the room was great, we could see the famous tower and the river.

The room was quite small and felt cramped, especially for the price. The breakfast was quite basic and didn't offer much variety.
