This luxurious hotel provided exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of my needs. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, I enjoyed a massage and the spa lounge was perfect for relaxation. the outdoor swimming pool was beautiful and the sun terrace provided breathtaking views of the garden area. the private facilities in my room were also impressive, including a Jacuzzi and a picnic area with outdoor dining.

The restaurant lacked a bit of variety in their special diet menus. the staff was attentive and accommodating in making changes to the dishes.

The lush gardens provide a tranquil atmosphere. The Pandora SPA offers exceptional services. The friendly staff surpass expectations. Beautiful lavender fields create a stunning ambiance. A favorite destination for exploration and relaxation.

We spent our Christmas holiday at this resort located just over an hour's drive from São Paulo. the colorful gardens are the best thing about this place, with many locations to explore on foot. We particularly enjoyed wandering through the vegetable garden on the hill and seeing all the fresh herbs, fruits, and vegetables. the spa was also fantastic, and both masseuses were skilled at deep tissue massage. the food at the restaurant was fresh and delicious, and we appreciated the locally sourced ingredients. It was also excellent that breakfast and lunch were included in our package.

Although the staff was friendly, we did not appreciate the dogs running around at the pool area. It was not always easy to relax when dogs started to bark at every guest walking by, especially when we were trying to enjoy some quiet time.
