The restaurants offer delicious food, the beach is perfect for kids, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff members like Alex, Diego, Sandriely, Roberto, and Rosa provide excellent service. The hotel property is well maintained and the cleaning staff does a great job. Activities for families and children are abundant.

We stayed at this hotel for a week and we were impressed by the luxurious amenities and attention to detail. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff always ready to fulfill our needs. The outdoor swimming pool was inviting and there were plenty of sun loungers to relax on, and the Spa & wellness center offered a range of treatments, including full-body massage and Turkish bath. The restaurant had a great selection of dishes for dinner and the buffet breakfast was delicious too. The gardens were well maintained and provided a lovely area to stroll around.

The only negative thing we found was that the private facilities weren't always as exclusive as we would have liked. Sometimes we had to share them with other guests, which was a minor issue.

The amenities were fantastic, especially the sports facilities and the beautiful swimming pools. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and stunning views. Plus, the all-inclusive option definitely made my business trip much less stressful.

The room decor was outdated and the smell of stagnant water in the bathroom was quite unpleasant. the Wi-Fi signal was spotty at best, making it difficult to keep up with work emails.
