The hotel's location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station. The room was clean, compact, and well-equipped. The included breakfast had a good variety of food options, both western and Japanese. The staff were helpful, friendly, and efficient, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Additionally, the breakfast provided is satisfying and adds value to the stay.

Some staff members had limited English skills, which made communication a bit challenging at times.

The front desk staff at Comfort Hotel were incredibly helpful and efficient. When there was an issue with the cleanliness of the toilet in our room, the staff member immediately took responsibility and personally cleaned it herself. Their cheerful attitude made the whole experience pleasant. The location is convenient and the hotel is clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The reservations were a complete mess and caused a lot of stress during our Thanksgiving holiday. Despite having a confirmed reservation, we were sent on a wild goose chase to multiple hotels, none of which had any record of our reservation.
