We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Barra Da Tijuca. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, were top-notch. The location was perfect for us, with beautiful views and easy access to the beach. We also received excellent assistance from Marcio Mello at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel had impeccable cleanliness and excellent facilities. The location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants and shopping malls nearby on Avenue Americas. The main beach, Copacabana, was also just a short distance away. The staff, especially Almir and the rest of the team during breakfast, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Special mention goes to Marcio Mello, Front Desk Assistant, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We cannot thank him enough!

I recently had a wonderful experience staying at Windsor. The proximity to the beach was a huge plus for me, as I love spending time by the ocean. The hotel staff were very accommodating and were able to help with most of my basic requests. I also appreciated that the front desk personnel spoke English and were able to translate for any staff members who didn't speak the language.

We stayed at Windsor Barra for a conference and it was perfect. The hotel is right in front of the beach, with a great pool, sauna, and gym. The room was comfortable and the staff, especially Marcio, were very helpful. The breakfast had a wide selection of delicious food, including fresh mangoes and papaya. The staff, like Almir, were attentive and accommodating. The location was convenient and the hotel took care of any issues promptly. Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

For the price we paid, we got great value and the room was really nice. The location right in front of the beach was perfect and the staff at Windsor was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The hotel's location beside the pool and the bar, where I could enjoy a refreshing drink and delicious food while soaking up the sun. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, making my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing valuable advice and information at the front desk. Lastly, the hotel's transportation services, including the reliable and reasonably priced taxi service, made it convenient for me to explore this city and visit popular tourist attractions such as the famous statue of Christ.

The buffet, amazing! Maria Lisa at the front desk, helpful and thoughtful. Friendly and prompt staff. Good breakfast, close to beach with free amenities. Nice rooftop swimming pool. Comfortable and clean facilities. Outstanding view of Barra Beach.

I had a fantastic experience at Windsor! The hotel's location right in front of the beach was amazing. Although swimming in the sea was not advised due to dangerous conditions, there were better spots a short walk away. The hotel itself was top-notch, with comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the hotel even had a pool, sauna, and gym. I highly recommend Windsor for a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at a conference hotel located near a beautiful beach, making it a great location for both work and relaxation. The room was quite spacious and had a big shower with strong water pressure. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, suggesting amazing restaurants and arranging transportation. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The hotel also had a rooftop pool with ample seating and a bar, providing a perfect place to unwind after a day of meetings.

There was a slight issue with the pool area where belongings were mistakenly taken and disposed of.

Had a blast at this 5-star hotel! Enjoyed the stunning beach views from the rooftop pool and the scrumptious meals at the gourmet restaurant. Also loved exploring Barra da Tijuca's attractions nearby.

Iron in room would've been super helpful for my conference outfit.
