This hotel in Sunde exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the location right next to the ferry pier was incredibly convenient for exploring the surrounding area. We were able to easily take the ferry to explore Aalesund and other beautiful destinations like Geiranger and Geiranger Fjorden. The stunning views from our room, with two huge sliding doors onto the balcony, offered breathtaking sights of the fjord and mountains. It truly felt like a private retreat. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing us with a cozy and relaxing space to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Lastly, having breakfast included was a great bonus, even though the selection could have been a bit better. Nevertheless, the value for money that this hotel offered was unbeatable.

We stayed at a fantastic hotel with easy parking. the host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay hassle-free. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade that had a stunning view of the fjord and mountains. the high ceilings and spaciousness made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. the traditional food served at the hotel was delicious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Despite being an older hotel, they are doing an excellent job of upgrading facilities. the location was ideal, especially if you plan to take the ferry. it was a fabulous experience, and we would love to come back.

The location of this hotel is simply fantastic. Situated right next to the ferry pier, you can see the sea and boats leaving and coming to the dock. It's a great base to go to Geiranger too. The rooms are spacious and have access to a veranda with stunning views. The hotel has an amazing vibe overall, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations.

My partner and I had a great romantic weekend escape in this hotel. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated with a stunning fjord view from the furnished balcony. We loved the large wet room with an amazing shower. the friendly staff provided us with plenty of information about the area and directed us to nearby restaurants, which were all fantastic.

The hotel is located next to a ferry terminal, and the noise of the ferries was quite noticeable. We were woken up a few times in the early morning by the sound of vehicles clattering onto the ferry, which was quite irritating.

I had a fantastic stay at Sunde Fjord Hotel. The beautiful views of the fjord were absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and I especially enjoyed the fresh prawns and ice cream. The owner went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, helping me make dinner reservations and arranging a boat ride to Runde Island. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large sitting area and a patio for enjoying the scenery. I will definitely be returning to this wonderful hotel on my next trip to Norway. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning views, great breakfast, and friendly owner.
