During my stay at Radisson, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming staff. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. One particular staff member even personally delivered my freshly washed laundry with a smile. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, and the food provided through room service was delicious. I also appreciated the reliable WiFi connection. I had a great experience at Radisson and would highly recommend it for a pleasant stay.

This hotel is a great choice for a short stay in Brunei. The location is perfect, close to many tourist sites in Bandar. The staff are incredible, very knowledgeable and attentive. They took the time to arrange last minute tours, late checkouts, and packed lunches with ease. The rooms are nice and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of local and international food choices. The hotel also has a well-equipped gym and a pool area for relaxation.

The pool area is currently under renovation, which is a bit disappointing as there is nowhere to cool off after a day of sightseeing.

the staff were friendly and supportive, and I even got an upgrade to a better room upon arrival. the bed was so comfortable, I had a great sleep. the hotel also catered to my dietary needs, providing a special meal for me during dinner and breakfast. the pool area was lovely and perfect for relaxing. the location was central and within walking distance to many attractions. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were impressed with its luxurious amenities. the spa center, sauna, and swimming pool were exclusive and fulfilled all our needs. the service was exceptional and staff was friendly. We were able to enjoy in-room breakfast options and a lounge area with fitting bar. the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers relaxed us. the location was a plus, being able to walk to nearby museums and places of interest.

We did have a minor issue with dust in the room which affected my allergies. Although the room was clean, it seemed to have not been occupied for some time.

I recently stayed at the Radisson in Brunei for a week-long vacation. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the tourist spots. The staff was incredible, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, with plenty of plug-ins for our electronics. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. The highlight was the unlimited drinks available throughout the day, including tea in the evening and cool drinks during the day. our stay made our visit to Brunei extra special.

They even provided an iron and ironing board in the room, which was convenient. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, addressing any minor issues promptly. the highlight of my stay was the delicious food at Tasek Brasserie, with a wide selection and great quality. the location of the hotel was also great for exploring the surrounding areas, with helpful staff available for suggestions and arranging transfers. I was impressed with the hotel and the personal touch provided by the staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the main tourist spots in the capital. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The hotel facilities were great, especially the breakfast. The breakfast had a nice variety of options, and there was even an egg station where we could have our eggs cooked to order. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, attending to our needs immediately. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the rooms were quiet, clean, large, and comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient, with the Royal Regalia Museum right next door. The breakfast was amazing, with exceptional little blueberry muffins. we had a wonderful time at this hotel.
