I got a great bang for my buck at 103 Degrees Hotel & Spa! The room was amazing - spacious, clean, and with a super comfy bed. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the hot thermal geyser, and the staff treated me like a VIP, always friendly and helpful.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions I had. The design of the hotel was modern and gave off a positive vibe. The spa center was top-notch, providing a relaxing and high-quality experience. I particularly enjoyed the entertainment in the heated pool on the roof, with its stunning views and pleasant music. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the restaurant offered amazing food for dinner. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a cute balcony with amazing views.

The food was good and the location convenient. the bathroom had wall hanged shower gel which was a nice touch and the staff were generally helpful.

Everything else was pretty disappointing. the hotel felt cramped and small, and there were stains on the bed cover.

The hotel's location right on the main street is perfect if you want to be near to everything. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and clean, with a comfortable bed and towels. The breakfast had a lot of choice, including Bulgarian food and continental options. The spa was great for relaxing after a long day and there was also a nice selection of wines in the restaurant.

I must say, the sky bar service could've been better, as there was no one at the bar to serve the guests there.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at 103 Degrees Hotel & Spa. The hotel is conveniently located in the centre, just a few meters from the mineral water springs. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. We enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant, especially the hummus. The rooms were comfortable and cozy, with a big terrace and a nice design. The swimming pool area and saunas were clean and enjoyable. The breakfast offered multiple options and was satisfying. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

the 103 Degrees Hotel & Spa provided a great dining experience with delicious, well-presented food. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, which offered freshly squeezed juice, a wide selection of fruits, and good coffee. the room was very comfortable and had a lovely balcony with a beautiful view. the spa facilities, although not extensive, were still enjoyable, and I highly recommend trying the oxygen therapy. the service throughout the hotel, from the reception to the spa and restaurant, was exceptional.
